i did make a neck pillow for faith in the car.
i know, fancy!
other than that, not much sewing happening. just dealing with a 2.5 year old sassypants and reading for my exams.
good times.
i did, however, find time to make these cute little max & ruby pillow dolls for our flight to florida on thursday! faith has a new affinity for all things max & ruby, however her affections are fleeting these days, so we weren't going to go buy anything since she will likely be over it by the end of summer.
still. i thought something new to play with on the plane would be good. she hasn't seen them yet, so they'll be a surprise! plus, thanks to the directions i found here, they were super easy. 15 minutes tops. i added the little ricrac loop so they'd all go onto the little carabiner for safekeeping.
hopefully she'll like them and they'll buy us, what, 10 minutes of quiet playtime on the plane?
a girl can dream. :)

oh, those would be beloved in this house, too! are you taking a dvd player? do you have any of the dvds? we have a couple if you would like to borrow them. also, you can get several of the books at the library unless we have them all checked out! i would let you borrow some of those, but they are often miller's book of the day. they are too cute and i am sure faith will love them!
