wacko waco

last weekend, we made the long south-westerly trek through arkansas to the great state of texas to witness our friend's graduation from law school.

we've been friends since our days in chicago, bound together by the trials of graduate school and winters that make your eyeballs freeze. we've been friends since before we had kids.

we got there a day before all of the festivities started and were able to spend the morning at the mayborn children's museum!

later that day, we celebrated luke's fourth birthday party at the sprinkler park! so hard to believe that he's four, because that means faith will be four not so long from now!

faith loved getting to meet luke's texas friends and have a cupcake!

then it was graduation day! such fun to be able to celebrate this huge milestone with the briscos! yay, brian!

and that makes 3/4 big trips for us this summer! last but not least, aunt lou's wedding at the end of the month!!
